- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
