  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice, for serving
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan

    Whisk 3 garlic cloves, minced and 1 tsp dried rosemary with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
