  • 2 cups cooked brown rice, for serving
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan

    Whisk 2 tbsp Dijon mustard and 1 tbsp pure maple syrup with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
