  • 1 cup whole-grain breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup whole-grain breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated
